Gone are the days of spray & pray, generalised marketing. Say hello to data-driven personalisation.
Exciting advances in data, technology and analytics are helping businesses create more personal ‘human’ experiences than ever before! From AI and robotics to telematics, companies are investing more and more into technologies that improve the access, quality, simplicity, design and delivery of products or services to meet the high expectations of today’s digital consumer. As technology improves and data becomes more complex, the possibilities for personalisation become literally endless – but where do you begin?

2. Where are we taking data and personalisation to next?
- Supporting our Customers (How? When? Why?)
- Maturing Personalisation across all functions

- New opportunities: Investigate new audience models (Persona vs Intent)
3. How we keep inspired and ahead of the game
- Podcast recommendations
- Apps and other tools
