The Queensland Young Achievers Awards will recognize Holly Tattersall’s online achievements in founding and developing Women In Digital this Friday 20th May.
The annual Gala Dinner will be a night of celebration, dining and entertainment to acknowledge Queensland’s most passionate under 29 year olds.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Women In Digital, Holly Tattersall said she is honoured to be nominated in this years IFly Online Achievement Award.
“Women In Digital is only two years young, so to be acknowledged this early is a great motivator for the team but more importantly for women in the digital industry,” Holly said.
“Growing support has enabled us to increase events which support the online content with dynamic discussion, aligning perfectly with IFlys ambition to keep the digital industry agile.
“We have had several new mentors interested in supporting eager digital professionals which we hope will create a more innovative landscape and attitude for women and digital lovers alike to work within,” she said.
In order to be nominated Women In Digital underwent a lengthy application process detailing online accomplishments and the vision for a women empowered online Australia.
The winner of the IFly Online Award will receive a $2,000 reward generously donated by Auswide Bank.
“If Women In Digital were to be recipients of the $2,000 award it would enable us to invest in marketing for the Mentoring Program, there simply aren’t enough people who know about this program”, Holly said.
