Service Delivery Advisor – SIAM | Data#3

Data #3 is offering this newly created position available for a Service Delivery Advisor – SIAM to join our dynamic National Managed Services team.

The Role:

In this role you will act as the main contact for service delivery in the SIAM model, ensuring alignment with objectives and SLAs, and:

  • Coordinate with multiple service providers to integrate their services seamlessly.
  • Facilitate regular service review meetings to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into service delivery objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with service providers to address issues and drive improvement.
  • Implement monitoring mechanisms to track IT service performance and generate insightful reports for enhanced efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the customer and SIAM ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • Analyse service delivery processes and drive improvement initiatives for optimised service quality.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing service delivery management, preferably within a SIAM environment.
  • Proven expertise in IT service management, data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
