Our Mission
Women in Digital is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to solve problems and create a better future for all. Our mission is to shine a light on digital and technology career paths for all women – lighting the way for our next generation to assume a limitless future thanks to the endless possibilities technology provides. We aim to do this by:

We connect humans in the industry through quarterly networking and panel events. Through our events, we aspire to make digital and technology an inclusive place where everyone can belong.
We educate each other through telling the stories and sharing the careers of women in digital. We are passionate about telling the real stories (grit and all) of women in digital and realising the potential of individuals, organisations and the industry through diversity.
We empower women and companies through our industry-leading annual Women in Digital awards program, the WIDAwards.

We champion excellence in everything we do. From creating a platform for industry leaders to share their insights at our regular events through to celebrating professional excellence at our industry awards, we are passionate about recognising our communities commitment to best practice.
We wholeheartedly believe that ‘you can’t be what you can’t see.’ It is a cornerstone of our WIDAwards and drives the Women in Digital team to do everything we can do to inspire the next generation of technologists and industry leaders.
