As our highly valued Branch Lending Specialist based in Chermside, your role will be to provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking and lending needs, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.

You’ll make an impact by:
– Leadership: as a highly experienced and successful lender, seen as a senior team member and respected subject-matter expert
– Networking and Lead Generation: working closely with your Branch Manager to promote the Great Southern Bank brand
– Sales Performance: accountable for day-to-day operations including meeting service standards and performance targets
– Process and Operations: maintaining strong knowledge of lending and ancillary products

To succeed in this role, you will have:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience mortgage lending/credit assessment
– Demonstrated experience in working with all banking products
– Proven ability to network with key stakeholders and pursue leads through network activities
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer and sales focus
