As our highly valued Senior Business Analyst based in Brisbane or Sydney, your role will solve complex business problems and translate business needs into scalable, secure and commercially sound solutions that support the delivery of strategic initiatives.

You’ll make an impact by:
– Leading business analysis across complex strategic initiatives, from discovery and requirements through to delivery
– Planning and facilitating workshops to understand business needs, validate requirements and define practical solutions
– Partnering with Product, Legal, UX, technology teams, vendors and other stakeholders
– Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritisation and iterative delivery activities

To succeed in this role, you will have:
– 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst working across large, strategic programs and complex delivery environments
– Strong process analysis, mapping and modelling capability (Visio, Draw.io)
– Hands-on experience managing requirements, user stories and delivery artefacts in Jira or Azure DevOps (Jira preferred)
– Knowledge of banking products and digital transformation initiatives (mobile/online banking) highly regarded
