Working closely with General Managers and key stakeholders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, translating business priorities into practical and impactful people solutions. You’ll help leaders navigate workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, talent strategies, culture initiatives, and change programs, ensuring our people agenda is closely aligned with business outcomes.

This 15 Month opportunity will see you work across a broad and meaningful remit where your thinking, influence, and expertise will have real visibility.
