This is more than a traditional HR operations role. You’ll be at the heart of supporting our people and leaders, providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused guidance across a broad range of HR and employee relations queries. Whether you’re helping someone navigate a Workday transaction, providing policy guidance, supporting employee relations case management, or identifying opportunities to improve the way we work, you’ll play an important part in making work easier and better for our people.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, manage and resolve HR enquiries, analyse trends and insights, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support projects focused on optimisation, automation, and transformation. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how emerging technologies, including AI and Copilot, can help create smarter and more efficient ways of working.

About you:
– Experience from HR operations, people services, shared services, employee relations, or a similar HR environment.
– Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment legislation.
– Confident using Workday and Microsoft Office, excited by automation, digital tools, and AI.
– Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
