Great Southern Bank Graduate Program

Starting your career is a big deal, and our 18-month Graduate Program is designed to help you discover what you’re good at, what you enjoy and where you want to go next.

As a highly valued Graduate at Great Southern Bank, you’ll complete three six-month rotations across different areas of the bank, giving you the chance to explore different teams, build real-world experience and learn how a customer-owned bank works.

You’ll make an impact by:
– Completing three six-month rotations across different areas of Great Southern Bank, based on your interests, qualifications and business needs
– Contributing to projects, initiatives and day-to-day activities that deliver better outcomes for our customers and business
– Bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to challenges and helping identify practical solutions
– Building relationships and collaborating with colleagues, leaders and stakeholders across the organisation
– Taking ownership of your work and delivering quality outcomes while learning from the experience of those around you
– Participating in structured learning, development, coaching and networking opportunities throughout the program

To succeed in our Graduate Program, you’ll bring:
– A completed undergraduate degree, or be working towards completing one, within the eligibility period for the relevant Graduate Program intake
