Technical Success Specialist

Data#3 are looking for a Technical Success Specialist, joining their highly regarded Customer Success team where you’ll sit at the intersection of deep technical expertise and real customer impact. This role gives you visibility across enterprise customers, the chance to shape best practice, and the opportunity to mentor others while working closely with a collaborative Customer Success Operations Manager and a broader national team.

Based in Brisbane, this hybrid role offers variety, influence, and the satisfaction of seeing your work translate directly into customer outcomes.

In this role you will: 

  • Act as a technical SME, leading Cisco break/fix support and complex escalations through to resolution
  • Deliver high-quality support calls while maintaining a strong customer focus and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Partner with the Customer Success Operations Manager to mentor Customer Success Engineers and uplift technical and operational standards
  • Coordinate vendor engagement, entitlement management, and issue resolution across multiple technologies
  • Balance multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Contribute to knowledge creation and continuous improvement across customer success processes

About You 

  • Proven experience in Cisco break/fix support, ideally within a service desk or enterprise support environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset, with confidence engaging stakeholders and uncovering growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated team leadership and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring others
  • Comfortable leading escalations and working across vendors, sales, and internal delivery teams
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a hybrid, relationship-driven role
