Charity Partner | Children’s Hospital Foundation

At this year’s Women in Digital Awards, we are proud to be supporting the Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The Children’s Hospital Foundation funds cutting-edge equipment, vital research and on the ground support for kids with all illnesses, injuries and conditions. They are here to be the difference every kid deserves.

How you can support the Foundation.

1. Donate Funds

Make a one-off donation or a regular contribution to the foundation for an amount of your choosing. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible.

2. Donate Digital Assets

Children in hospitals often have limited opportunities to play and socialise with others, leading to boredom, isolation and loneliness.

The Digital Loans program provides an alternate method of entertainment and distraction focused on supporting patients unable to leave their bed/room or when other programs are closed. Currently there are only 17 iPads available to support families. The Foundation are always needing iPads, televisions, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch games (rated G or PG).

3. Donate Digital Support

For the tech companies joining us, consider donating cyber security programs to the Foundation. Your support in safeguarding their digital infrastructure will greatly enhance their ability to protect the invaluable contributions of generous supporters.

Currently, the Foundation spends $60,000+ towards cyber security services including a security operations centre monitoring, alerting, incident response, training and dark web scanning. Your contribution would enable the Foundation to increase its impact back to the hospital.

4. Donate Your Time

If your team want to engage in supporting the Foundation this festive season, sign up for gift wrap service with all funds raised going to research, equipment and in-patient services such as welfare, food and clothing.
