What Is the AI Accelerator?

Our AI Accelerator is a comprehensive 6-week AI fluency and development program designed specifically for people working in digital and tech roles who want to use AI to work more effectively, ethically and in turn speak with authority on how AI can be applied in your workplace. The program combines foundational AI literacy with practical, hands-on skills development, culminating in participants building and presenting their own AI assistant capable of autonomous task execution.

The curriculum is structured around Ai Her Way’s proven AI Maturity Framework, moving participants through five progressive stages from foundational understanding to implementing agentic AI solutions. This approach ensures participants don’t just learn about AI – they leave with tangible skills, a working AI agent, and the strategic frameworks to identify and implement use cases within their organisations.

So in a snapshot…

The AI Accelerator is a structured, hands‑on accelerator that builds AI fluency, not just AI awareness.

Participants learn:

  • How AI works (without needing a technical background)
  • How to apply AI to real work tasks
  • How to prompt, test, refine and integrate AI tools
  • How to use AI responsibly, ethically and confidently

This is not theory. It’s practical, guided, and immediately useful.

Why does it matter?

AI is no longer optional… It’s reshaping work across industries, with over 90% of organisations now using AI tools and roughly half of employees engaging with generative AI regularly to save time and improve productivity.

Yet despite this rapid uptake, significant gender gaps persist: women consistently adopt AI less than men in many surveys, and they remain underrepresented in AI-related roles and leadership positions, meaning they risk being left behind in a shift that’s transforming skills, career opportunities and economic equity globally. At the same time, studies show most workers using AI don’t have formal training, and many hide their AI use — highlighting the urgent need not just for access, but for structured fluency and responsible skills development.

Our AI Accelerator is about career resilience, confidence, and agency in an AI-powered workplace.

This course is right for you if…

  • You are currently working in a non-technical role and want to make sure you don’t get left behind as AI becomes a baseline skill, not a nice-to-have.
  • You know there could be better, more efficient ways of working, but you’re unsure where to start, which tools matter, or how to use AI without creating more work.
  • You are currently working in a technical or semi-technical role and want to better understand how to apply AI within your organisation, not just experiment with tools in isolation.
  • You are in a leadership role and want to build confidence in identifying, evaluating and presenting AI business cases that make sense to stakeholders.

Or…

  • You’re great at your job but aware that the expectations are changing, and you want to stay relevant, credible and confident as AI reshapes roles around you.
  • You’ve been asked to “look into AI”, lead a pilot, or advise others, but you are doing so without formal training, clear guardrails, or time to experiment safely.
  • You sit between technical teams and the business, and need to explain AI clearly, ask better questions, and turn possibilities into practical action.
  • You care about using AI well, not just fast, and want to understand risks, governance, bias and where human judgement still matters.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this 6-week program, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand AI fundamentally: Articulate what AI is, how large language models work, and where AI sits within broader automation strategies
  2. Use AI tools effectively: Apply best-practice prompting techniques using the ROSE-T method to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs
  3. Identify strategic use cases: Recognise opportunities for AI implementation within their role and organisation
  4. Build custom AI solutions: Create custom GPTs (tool-agnostic) and AI assistants tailored to specific tasks and workflows
  5. Implement ethical AI practices: Apply the EquiAI Framework to ensure responsible, bias-aware AI deployment
  6. Design agentic workflows: Build multi-agent systems where AI personas delegate tasks to one another
  7. Confidently present business cases: Articulate ROI, measure time savings, and present compelling cases for AI adoption
  8. Navigate AI governance: Understand policy requirements, data privacy considerations, and organisational guardrails

Week 1: Foundations & The AI Landscape

Theme: Understanding AI & Setting Strategic Direction

This session demystifies AI, breaking down what it is (and isn’t) and how today’s tools actually work in practice. Participants assess their current AI maturity, cut through hype, and identify real opportunities where AI could meaningfully support their role.

Week 2: Mastering Prompts & Effective Communication

Theme: From Basic Queries to Structured Requests

Participants learn how to communicate effectively with AI using the ROSE-T prompting method to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs. Through hands-on practice, they move from vague queries to structured prompts they can reuse across everyday work tasks.

Week 3: Custom AI Assistants & Knowledge Systems

Theme: Building Bots That Know Your Work

This week focuses on building custom AI assistants tailored to individual roles, workflows, and ways of working. Participants create their own custom GPT, teaching it to understand their context, documents, and preferred style.

Week 4: Use Case Mapping & Strategic Implementation

Theme: From Individual Tools to Organisational Strategy

Participants shift from individual productivity to strategic thinking, identifying high-impact AI use cases within organisational workflows. They map processes, assess risks and ethics, and calculate ROI to build a compelling case for implementation.

Week 5: Automations & Multi-Agent Systems

Theme: Moving Beyond Single Tools to Interconnected Workflows

This session explores how AI tools can work together through automations and multi-agent workflows. Participants learn when to connect tools, where human oversight is essential, and how to design scalable, end-to-end AI-powered processes.

Week 6: Showcase, Measurement & Next Steps

Theme: Presenting Your AI Solution & Continuous Improvement

The program culminates in participant showcases, where each person presents their AI solution, impact, and learnings. The session focuses on measurement, executive buy-in, and creating a clear roadmap for continued AI adoption beyond the accelerator.
