The Salesforce & Women in Digital Academy is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. By supporting a more gender-balanced organisation, we can help lift innovation, enhance profitability, achieve greater customer success and improve employee satisfaction.
Our aim, through our Digital Pathways Academy: Empowering Women with Salesforce Skills program is to empower and uplift the Queensland community by providing a leadership and upskilling program. This initiative is designed to open doors for more women to enter and excel in the technology industry.
We are proud to partner with Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM platform, that has championed our work at Women in Digital for years and continues to do so with the establishment of the Salesforce & Women in Digital Academy!
Participating in the Salesforce x Women in Digital Academy was a transformative experience. The program not only introduced me to the power and versatility of the Salesforce platform but also helped me develop technical skills that fall outside the scope of my usual day-to-day responsibilities. Through in person training and a supportive community, I gained the capability and confidence to pursue this new opportunity within the tech industry. I’m proud to be part of a program that champions diversity, empowers women, and builds pathways to meaningful careers in technology while encouraging us to step outside our comfort zones.

Program Overview
- Technical Training – Tech skills training delivered by certified Salesforce instructors with monthly check-ins to help with your learning and certification preparation.
- Professional Career Coaching – The virtual learning labs will cover many different soft skill topics to support you with your career.
- Certification – Receive a Salesforce Accelerator Program Certificate of Achievement and be ready to book your Salesforce accredited exam with an accredited test centre.
- Women in Digital Community – Benefit from free access to the WID Membership and the many perks involved upon graduation.
- Ongoing Support – Ongoing support, continued upskilling, and recommendations on career paths post-program.
Salesforce & Women in Digital Academy
Digital Pathways: Empowering Women with Salesforce Skills is an inspiring and educational 16-week program with a mission to create career pathways for women in technology.
The program has been designed to inspire women through leadership coaching and to equip them with the technical skills needed to build dynamic careers, companies and communities with Salesforce and thrive in the digital-first world.
The program consists of two main streams:
1) Salesforce Administrator Training Bootcamp sessions (3 x 4-hour workshops face-to-face)
2) Leadership Coaching (4 x 60-minute Learning Labs held virtually)
Featuring networking events and a fireside chat with inspirational role models, participants will feel supported by a community of like-minded professionals and by building social networks cross industry.
