Winners of the 2026 WID Awards

The Women in Digital Awards were founded based on the idea ‘you can’t be what you can’t see.’ The awards are a celebration of incredible humans in the digital industries and the organisations that support them.

This year, for Women in Digital’s ninth Women in Digital Awards, we received some amazing nominations and submissions from incredible women in digital, organisations and diversity champions all across Australia. It was not an easy task for our panel of industry judges but we are thrilled to announce the WINNERS for the 2026 Women in Digital Awards, listed in alphabetical order by category.

Meet the 2026 WID Award Winners

Helen Frazer
Clinical Director St Vincent’s BreastScreen and Founder / Director BRAIx Health
St Vincent’s Healthcare Australia and BRAIx Health

Associate Professor Helen Frazer is a radiologist and breast cancer clinician who founded BRAIx, a clinician-led program using AI to transform breast cancer screening in Australia. The BRAIx AI reader is now being tested in one of the world’s first randomised controlled trials of AI in breast screening, with more than 55,000 women taking part, alongside an AI risk score that predicts future cancer risk more accurately than breast density. Helen has kept consumers and clinicians at the centre of the work from the start, and she now helps shape national thinking on AI in healthcare through the Australian Digital Health Agency and RANZCR.
